Time to get it in..
OK so I have been on and off the wagon. Time and time again. And I have promised myself that I would get it done. And its time to stop making excuses.
Its time….
….to drop about 50 pounds.
Yeah I’m tired but I’m not going to beat myself up about it like I have in the past. Me and my weight ain’t never really been cool we just tolerated each other. *shrug*
In my head I have made a conscience decision to watch what I eat. Nothing to heavy late at night. Not eating past 8pm. Drinking lots of water, etc. But the exercise part, that is where my sticking part is.
I have walked a lot more and that’s because I have been in school and didn’t have a choice. Five days a week for the past seven weeks with books and all. Now I’m making sure that I get in 30 mins of something every day and I think that it will be more walking. Where I live, there is a park and with the weather being nice I really don’t have an excuse.
So here is my plan:
30 mins of something everyday
Keep up my eating and adding more healthy and low fat foods
And to keep myself accountable I am a member of a group on Facebook called MAYO is Evil and Ranch is the devil (Yup thats the name lol) It was started by a sista friend named Kenna who lost over 100 lbs all on her own, no surgery, just changing her diet and working out (Yeah she ROCKS!). I invite you to join us if you need a lil more motivation.
